ATTENTION
As requested, attached is a copy of
the minutes for the 19 July 1984 EXCOM
meeting on the Career Trainee Program.
With regard to your question on the
status of new CTs, the EXCOM decided that:
- All CTs will be hired as full
staff employees.
- CTs who are entering overseas-
oriented careers will, upon EOD,
be subject to an extended
probationary period of sufficient
length to judge the CT's suitability.
- OP will draft implementing
instructions.
