SUBJECT: Minutes of 19 July 1984 Executive Committee
Meeting: Agency-wide Career Trainee Program
1. The Executive Committee met on 19 July 1984 to make
decisions on an Agency-wide Career Trainee Program.
(ExDir) chaired the session; present were the Deputy Directors,
IG, Director of Personnel, Director of Training, EA/DDCI, and the
Assistant Director for Curriculum, OTE.
2. The Executive Committee approved the recommendations
prepared by the DDA (attached) with several minor changes. The
Committee decided that:

 3. The Deputy Directors agreed to provide the personnel and
resources required to implement the expanded CT Program. Each
directorate will transfer $165,000 in FY-1985 to OTE. The DI and
DS&T will each transfer three positions and associated personal
services to OTE in FY-1985, and the DA and DO will each transfer
four positions and personal services to ME in FY-1985. The
Comptroller will adjust the FY-1986 budget accordingly.
