1. Per our discussion of 12 October 1984, request your review of the
attached MITRE proposal in support of DIA and the IC Staff. DIA will be
forwarding the funds for this effort as soon as FY 85 appropriations are
identified. I have informed MITRE that any work performed by them since 1
October 1984 is at their own risk. I am requesting that you provide for
pre-start contract expenses.
2. I request that the proposal be sent to the review board as soon as
possible. Your assistance in this effort is appreciated.
