Everything is now set to devote Tuesday and /ednesd,ay.,
December 14 and 15, to a thorough review of our report. I
can hardly over-impress on you the amount of work we have to
do during the next two weeks if this report is to meet the
requirements that we should set for it. Frankly, I think
we will have to decide here and nova' to give almost continuous
attention to it from now until we finish it.
I suggest we meet at 10 o y el,oc.', , :pry office, 48 Wail
eet, on Tuesday, December 14, 1 will provide some steno-
graphic help but it might be worthwhile if .gatt Correa r s
secretary could stand by, subject to call, if'-we need her.
Bob Blum will bring a rough copy of the completed
report and such background mckterial from the files as we
will need particularly the Security Council directives,
basic legislation, etc. I understand LaRoche will be
available and also, if needed from time to time, Sprague
