Dear Mr. Correa:
Enclosed is my contribution on counter-intelligence
for the Services chapter written by STAT
Saxe has seen it, but no one else. number o' his
comments have been deferred to in preparing the
present second draft.
You will find it rather imprecise, and with
too vague conclusions. I think that you should
see it anyway at this stage because of your talks
with the FBI, which is mentioned at some length.
I think it may be necessary to change the whole
treatment of the sub Sect, perhaps making a new
chapter devoted to counter-intelligence alone.
I expect to be available fcr work during most
of next week, and have tentatively planned td go
to Washington on Tuesday or Wednesday to consult
with Bob. That being tie case.. I should be grateful
if I could solicit your comments on Monday.
