Confirming our oral arrangements, the Standing Committee will meet at 9:30 A. M. on Wednesday, February 9th, to discuss the references to the IAC in the Dulles Report. 2. There are only five "Conclusions and Recommendations" about the IAC (on Pages 27, 63, 81, 149, and 161(?) ) but, as is customary in this Report, there are many other references to the IAC throughout the Report whic h, we think, should be given consideration, maybe in a Memorandu m se parate from the one on the "Conclusions". These other refer ence s occur on Pages 1, 3, t, 6, 7, 9, 12 and 13, 26, 43-45, l.6, 50, 54, 57 and 58, 60, 66, 69, 7 2, 7L, 75 and 7 6, 77, 78 and 79, 80, 143 and ili4, 152, 158, 160. 3. It would be appreciated if you could, as may be necessary or desirable, discuss these references within your agencies, so that at the Standing Committee meeting a more or less firm report could be formulated to show IAC areas of agreement. 1. Other items, on which an IAC Member disagrees, could be presented by that agency as its own comments, with or apart from any comments which it is making about the references in the Report to its own agency. 25X1 PRESCOTT CHILDS CHIEF, ICAPS CONFIDENTIAL Approved For Release 2003/05/06 : CIA-RDP86B00269R000500020062-6
