take in one brief paragraph the sub' cts from each chapter
of the Dulles repo' an en ask the NSC if they approve of
this concept.
Will you look through this report this morning to see
if you can do any such thing with any particular chapters
that pertain to CIA?
We hope to get the Executive Secretary's suggestions
before the Director has to draft his reply,., vihich they hope
e along similar lines. I shall be back at llrOO
