STAT One copy of "A Review of the Intelligence Com-
munity, " dated 10 March 71, was given to the Director under transmittal
note from Jim Schlesinger dated 8 April 71. The Director handed that copy
to Colonel White on 8 April. At Colonel White's request, the undersigned
reproduced one copy, which was given to Mr. Bronson Tweedy by Colonel
White. (That copy was unnumbered.) On 9 April, three additional copies
were reproduced by the undersigned. Although they were not sent to ER
for logging, they were num ered in d pencil: "2" (given to Jack Smith,
AT who in turn passed it to who returned it to O/ExDir); "3"
(given to Carl Duckett, w o passed it to Mr. Karamessines; the latter, at
Duckett Is request, returned it to Mr. Duckett - - all on 9 April; not returned
to O/ExDir); and "4" (given to Larry Houston, who in turn gave it to Jack
Coffey, who returned it to O/ExDir; currently in ExDir's possession. )
On 26 April, the copy marked "2" in red pencil was borrowed by Ed
Proctor; it was returned on 27 April.
