Lieutenant General James Doolittle;/&s; head of a small study group, was asked by the President to look at certain phases of the work of the Central Intelligence Agency and he has now completed this study. The President feels that such periodic reviews are conducive to good government and serve to give him an independent appraisal of the sensitive aspects of the Agency. The Doolittle study does not duplicate work of the task force of the Hoover Coanmission ch is particularly studying the overall organizational problems of the U.
