The Special Study Group desires that briefings conducted during the morning period be held to approximately two and one-half hours. The remainder of the morning period or as much thereof as may be required will be used as a question and answer period. 2. The afternoon period should be held to approximately two hours of briefing followed by a question and answer period as required by the Study Group. 3.
