Whenever you get the opportunity I hope you will suggest having Professor Arthur Sutherland named to the Task Force. 2. I append a copy of his write-up in Whots Who. 3. He will get along extremely well with General Clark, has an extremely fair and yet penetrating mind and expresses himself most lucidly.. It is my real hope that he winds up doing the actual writing of the report. Finally, he is a very close personal friend of mine and would at least pay very respectful heed to points of view we express. 25X1 ROBERT AMC Y, Deputy Director/IntelWence cc. I.
