SUBJECT: Scheduled lv>8O Session with the DDA
1. The first quarterly Joint 1FO session for ACIS and LIIvS is
scheduled for 22 November 1982 from 1000 -1130 in Room 7D32. A
preliminary agenda is attached.
2. No preliminary paperwork is required, but it is expected
that the general format and content of the office 1130 sessions will
be followed. Please have copies of viewgraphs or other materials
used for distribution.
3. You should coordinate your presentation with the office
concerned so that they will be aware of the general nature of the
presentation and so that issues which may arise will not be a
surprise.
4. If you deem it appropriate you could share the presentation
with your counterpart in OL or OF or alternate sessions to present
a truly "joint" MBO atmosphere. I will leave this to your
judgment.
