At high field voltages the orientation time is significantly shorter than the time required to charge. the particle; therefore, the former may be neglected in investigations dealing with the charging of nonspherical particles. Equations and graphs slaov the influence of particle parameters on its behavior. USSR U DC: 6 21. 317. 3 11: 543.275.3.08 TURUBAROV, V. I., PODOL'SKIY, A.A. KALAKUTSKIY, L.I., 'M., POPOV, B. Of 371 reindeer-breeders and 228.fishermen, only 7 had tonsillitis. A total of 2% of the tundra natives had chronic tonsillitis and acute angina. The low percentage of angina and chronic tonsillitis of t1he population of the Nenetsk National District is apparently due to the peculiar conditions of life,.the more'perfect adaptacion of the body to the wet, cold climate, to partial chaug~_-sl in the weather,.and to the low population density.
