meters of aerosol sprinkling per day during "critical periods," and 900-
1,000 cubic meters for the 60 or so days in a normal season when, sprinkling;
will be needed. This reduces wafer expenditures 3-6-fold over ordinary
irrigation. Aerosol sprinkling can also protect crops during frost and
cold, by creating a snow coating, 20 cenilmmaintainesoilttemperature at
