Abstract: (Authors' Hungarian summary] The incorporation_read~ness of the
hard bone-splint of Kiel can be increased by supplying it with a natural
sheath of spongiosa even on one side alone. Incorporation can be facili-
tated further by increasing the lateral surface of the compacta. with the
