for torque measurements, pmvided with ribs between the openings in the casing

TEXT: This articie presents methods of analysis and caiculat-on
of multivibrators using transistors TG1 and TG3 made by tKe flrm
TE'dA (Poland). General characteristics of multivibrators as saw-
tooth pulse generators are given, the pulse duration being less
than half the pulse-spacing period. In this type of multivibrator,
one of the transistors operates in saturation and cut-off conditions,
the other in a linear regime. The pulse-spacing period is given by
the formula:

ABSTRACT: The example of an automatic speed synchronization system Is used to discuss
computational and experimental methods for the synthesis of automatic drive systems.
Operational transmittames are derived for the separate units of the system and the root-locus
method In used for synthesis. Two variants of compensation are considered: tandem-only and
feedback-tandem compensation. Block diagrams of the system employing the two types of
compensation are shaim. A model system employing the two typets of compensation was built,
and the experimental results obtained as well as oscillograms of the responses of the model
system to load-torqme disturbances are presented and discussed. The experimental results
show that the system with elastic feedback has much better amplification than the system with
tandem-only compensation of either the differentiating or the integrating type. The system
