ABSTRACT: Alkaloid accumulatioa was studied with C in various organs and ati
various developmental stages of this plant species ai part of studying its pharma-';
centical and pharmacological prol-oerties. The autho! considers that this paper
may serve an a manual for studying alkaloids of Delphiniourn and Aconi tum a
cies encountered in the Turkmenian SSR. The plant& were subjected to a C192
atmosphere in an isotope chamber during blossominj and then left to grow in
normal air for various periods oJ! 0- 14 weeks, after which tissues were analyzed
i to determine site and time of hignest alkaloid accumi ilation. Five lots of 3 plants
each were subjected to chromatographic and radiometric studies. The contents

Abstract: It was established in work conducted in the USSR, Hungary,
and Germany that development of the mass instinct for brooding by hens
results in considerable losses: every year, from March to,JvjlY,.30_40% of
the hone discontinue egg-laying for 20-40-60 days. A number of rem*-
difs for the condition in question has been developed, among then
Ovogen-1, which has a therapeutic affect and has been proposed by M.
BoSdanoy and P, Gabrovski. Those investigatcra also developed the
prophylactic Ovogen-2, which contains the vilanins A, I~ . E, and B,#t

the study indicated that siftini;s from wheat infected by fusarlum wilt should
not be fed to young or pregnant animals. No references.
