TITLE: Behavior of Sulfur in Coal Chlorination Procc-ar

ABSTRACT: Chlorination of Donbas coal type PS (Chumakovo mine), PZh
(Nikitovka) K (Avdakovo), and 0 (Dobropollye), and Kizelov-
skly basin kamsomolets) coal, reduced the content of ann
as well as of pyrite and organic sulfur; sulfur of sulfate
origin was removed completely In chlorination. 1-1141tiatage
chlorination removed up to 80% of total sulfur content. The
addition or chlorinated coal with 1 to 10% C1 to the coke
oven charge reduced the coke's zulfur content Ly 10 to 15%;
the mechanical constants of coke remained unarrected. There
