This reaction can be somewhat accelerate~, bu~ only by
addition off hydrochloric mold. ~e re~ction of ~he amino-
methyl~tion w~s attained by means of he.ting of
e~iamine in p~r~-configura~ion and vinylace~ylenic hydro-
carbon in a dio~ne solution. Thereby ~he amlnomet~la~ion
of isopropenyl~cetylene w~s re~lized ~ well ms that of
~-~ethylpemtene-~-in-'~, cyclahezenylacetylene~ cyclopen~enyl-
~ce~lene. Moreover some amines of the vinylmcetylene series
were ob~ained~ such ae~ diet~lamino-~-~thylpen~ene-in-2~
~-diethylamino-~-ze~hylhexene-~-in-2~ A -diethyla~ino-~-
-( ~-cyclohexenyl)propine-2, ~-diethyI~aino-~-(~-cyc!o-
pen~enyl)p~opine-2 ~d 1-die~hylamino-$-phenylhezene-~-2

~--BSTRACT~ ~ultifrequency receivers intended for handling call-number signals ~
dial-telephone systems are considered. A "2 out of 6" code ensuring l~ elements
for transmitting one digit, in a simultaneous multifrequenc7 system operating
within ~00--]400 cps, is used. The dynamic range of the receiver-input levels
is the mmJor factor that determines the design of the frequency filters; both
AOC and special rejection circuita have been Used ~o reduce the effects o� the
c~ic range. An improved method of reception is suggested which depends on the'
