ABSTRACT: This Author Certificate presents a chamber for hand welding of cnom~ca~ y
acti~ e materials in a controlled atmosphere. The chamber consists of a casing with
a lid (see Fig. 1). To provide for turning the welded product in~o a position
(necessitated by the technical requirements and the shape of the object) wi%hour
opening the lid, the chamber is provided with a mechanism for turning the welded ob-
ject horizontally, and also with a mechanism for tu~ning the casing through a certain
angle in respect to the vertical a~ie,
