ABSTRACT: Gravimeters designated for use on ships and air ' '~ are o�~en highly
damped in order to reduce the influence of the mobile s,';.port. Such opera~�mg
conditions require special methods for da~a processing. Consequently, th-: authors
establish and discuss at considerable length four poasible methods for the deter-
mination of the changes in gravimeter readings between the starting and current
observations. A thorough analysis of experimental data gathered by thc C~LL and
Gss-[ gravime~s'':bhows that the error of gravimeter read�ngs using all four

Description of the symptoms of manganese hanger, disco-
vered in the investigations by the Scientific Institute
of Fertilizers and cf Insecticides and Fungicides on
the fields of the state farm "L~-uberets Irrigation Fields
in 1955, while experimenting with oats, barley, buck-
wheat, beans, sugar and fodder beets~ mustand, sunflower,
cabbage~ radishes, potatoes and apple trees. For the
preve.:tlon of manganese hunger~ it is reco.mmended to in-
trod,~ce into sandy and ~oamy soils 500-100 kg/ha and
into peat soils - 500 kg/ha of mail.nose s~Iphate. Fine
res.lts were obtained by the ~se of autside-root feeding
