The presence of statistical processes loads to the amplitude- and phase-fluctuations of the waves and these fluctuations are random functions of time and space coordinates. In the case of the field consisting of the two components E 0 and E B use of the method permits elimination of the constant field component, which facilitates measurement of the field fluctuations. The problem was investigated experimentally and it was found that in the direct-visibility zone the amplitude-phase fluctuations of theultrashort waves were so small that there existed practical difficulties in effecting the measurements. In this study, linear approximations are used and corrections are considered only on the heliocentric portion of the interplanetary trajectory, although, as it is pointed out, all results of the article can be extended to the correction of planetocentric trajectories. General properties of multiple corrections are analyzed. It is proved that the number of flight paramt- eters to be corrected as well as the number of correcting impulses can not exceed four and the optimal number of impulses for correcting the vehicle coordinates'la the picture plane can not exceed two. Abstract3 (Author's Hungarian summary modified) The development or well equipped, express ambulance wagons by the domestic and foreign ambulance services is described. These wagons are equipped w1th hir .,hly specialized, intricate equipment to be used by a physician travelling with the ambulanc-9 to prevent or relieve shock and other severe traumatic conditions at the site of the accident. It is concluded that the quality of first aid which can be provided by the express ambulance has fulfilled the expectAtions in the Miskolc area as well. not only in traumatological but in other emergency cases too. The immediate treatment of accidents and the expansion of the express ambulance services is of decisive importance, especially in the provinces, More appropriate ambulance wagons and their operation from an ambulance-hospital base are recommended. I with atypical myeloma and 2 with inojjera~le carcinoma have been trealed with actinomytin C (sanamycin- Hayer). With the exception of Hodgkin's dis- case, the drug proved to be ineffective. In 15 patients with Hodgkin*s disease. the result may be considered as relatively good in 4 patients, not so good in -1 patients gerthan and in 4 patients the therapy failed. fhe result obtained has not lasted 'on for 6 weeks. Compared with the X-ray therapy and cheniotherapeutics of the nitro- i gen mustard group, the results of the treatment with sanamvcin are worse.
