ABSTRACT: Kikoin and Bykovsk-iy recently in the investigation of the
even photoiaagnetic effect in semiconductors with a cubic
lattice discovered clearly expressed anisotropy phenonena.
This paper gives a purely phenomerological. description of
the character of this anisotropy. '1%is p 'roblem is c-laracter-
