SUBJECT: Restoration Costs
1. Today at 1:30 p.m., I met with 25X1A9a
C/RE/RECD/OL, and discussed in general the Agency's role in
restoration costs. Specifically, I asked if the Agency had
a legal obligation to fund for restoration costs for space
given up, and was there any known history of restoration
payments having been made.
2. It appears that the subject of Agency participation
in restoration charges had arisen on a couple of occasions but
that no final restoration charges resulted. will 25X1A9a
25X1A6a recall the file from archives in order to review
this case.
3. will research this subject and findings
will jointly be incorporated into a MFR by RE and the BPS.
