Washington - 1971

The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments is now in the
process of annually revising a series of reports that are required
by HUD and DOT for this metropolitan area. The two reports that are
attached are currently being revised and updated.
Please review these reports to determine whether the findings or pro-
posals effect any plan or programs of your agency located in the National
Capital Region. We wa appreciate receiving _.your__comutents on _these

report of the Commission representing the Federal government's interest
in these subject matters and which will be forwarded to the Council of
