information to all OC Divisions (FND/SAG. DND/HFG/CCC. ED). OTS
4. On 21 September, the MILSATCOM Panel was provided a
briefing on the projected schedule for satellite development
through the year 2000. There was much discussion on the need
for this panel to have some insight on programs/requirements
being developed by the Intelligence Community in order to
realistically develop future satellite systems.
