LOCATION: THE SOVIE T NAVAL TASK GROUP IS LOCATED 25X1 AT CIENFU EGOS PORT FACILITIES 25X1 2 20825N 0802720W. TWO SOVIET BARGES AR E DOCKED AT CIENFUEGOS NAVAL 3. COLLATERAL: , 220903N 0802720W. A SOVIET NAVAL TASK GROUP COMPOSED OF A GUIDED-MISSILE LIGHT CRUISER (KRESTA-I), A GUIDED- MISSILE DESTROYER (KANIN), A SUBMARINE TENDER (UGRA) AND THE TANKER "LIYEPAYA" PASSED THROUGH THE MONA PASSAGE BETWEEN PUERTO RICO AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. THE TANKER "LIYEPAYA" WAS REPORTED IN JAMAICA ON 7 SEPTEMBER. THE COMBATANTS DELAYED BRIEFLY WEST OF JAMAICA BEFORE PRO- CEEDING TO AND ENTERING CIENFUEGOS HARBOR 4. MISSION READOUT: NOB -- AT CIENFUEGOS PORT FACILITIES: 1 KRESTA I CLGM, 1 KANIN DDG, 1 SURA AGL, 1 ALLIGATOR LST, 1 UGRA AS, 1 TANKER "LIYEPAYA", 1 OKHTENSKIY ATR (OCEAN TUG) AND 4 FREIGHTERS.
