SUBJECT : Approval to Distribute IIM: Challenges to Colombia's
New Administration
1. Attached for your approval is IIM: Challenges to Colombia's
New Administration. We hope to have the assessment printed and distributed
to the Community before the new Betancur administration is inaugurated on
7 August.
2. The paper, drafted by from the NIC/AG, was well- 25X1
received in the Community and has been approved by the NFIB representatives.
We propose distributing it to the Community as soon as we receive your
approval.
