SUBJECT: Request for Transfer of Classified Documents from National
Intelligence Council (DCI/NIC) to DIA/DIA
1. The attached list of publications refers to a set of documents that were
logged to Hans Heymann Jr while serving as NIO at Large in the DCI/NIC.
Effective 19 September 1983, Mr. Heymann joined the Defense Intelligence
College as Visiting Professor. The listed documents will be helpful to Mr.
Heymann in his teaching and research activities here at the College. Mr.
Heymann holds TS/SCI clearances and the College has the appropriate secure
facilities for the proper handling and storage of the documents at the
classification levels indicated.
2. The documents in question are presently being held in Mr. Heymann's
previous office at CTA HPa"rters in Rm 5G00. The point of contact is F-
3. We request that these documents be transferred to the Defense Intelligence
College for the attention of Mr. Heymann. It is our understanding that the
documents should be routed to the College through the Defense Intelligence
Agency's Document Distribution Center (DIA/RCM-2).
