The Director of Central Intelligence and the Intelligence Advisory Board acting for the National Intelligence Authority con- cur in the provisions of SWNCC 304/1, from an intelligence aspect, subject to the following amendments: a. b. It is understood that the Commanding General, army Air Forces, has recommended through military channels that the member- ship of the proposed Central Psychological Warfare Committee be increased to include an Air Force member.
