1. In the course of the discussion at yesterday's IAC meeting of the
possible release of the "Survey of ME Dissemination and Use" to the Bureau
of the Budget you requested that we ask Mr. Kirkpatrick whether this report
had been given to the President's Board of Consultants.
2. Mr. Kirkpatrick's office advises that this survey has not been
passed to the President's Board.
