SUBJECT ; Background Data on IAC Subcommittees
1. Sometime ago you asked if we could supply you with terms
of reference or other background data on IAC Ibubcommittees. par-
ticularly in: view of the impending IAC-USCIB merger. It seemed
to us that the .attached "Handbook of the Standing Subcommittees of
the IAC" which was prepared in this office a little more than a year
ago might be the most useful general document. However, certain
subcommittees have- been dissolved or established since that time.
Consequently, we noted some of these changes in the Handbook,
although we did not attempt to enter all recent Changes in committee
membership. We are also forwarding terms of reference for the
newer committees which have generally been incorporated in?DCIDs.
