The second draft of the A eement for Implementing IAC Policy on Re3)rro- duction of Intellce IP-D-3 1 was distributed and members were requested to report their approval or ccumuents to the Chairman by tele- phone by Wednesday, 20 November 1957. 3. Col. Bernie, ACSI, submitted to the Committee a proposal entitled Inter- Library Loan Services (Direct Service to Subordinate Agencies),,, (AHIP-D-2). The Committee referred the paper to the Standing Group on Inter-Agency Document Loan Services for action. reported that the NSA Library has completed its transfer to new quarters at Fort Meade. The possibility of an AHIP tour of the new library is being considered. 5.
