Approval of minutes. 2. Review of Estimates Priorities (Reference IAC D-1 and IACD-1/1 General Megee's office called to say that he would like to discuss the question of an estimate on "what is the magnitude of the power-complex developing in the European Satellite countries"? (See item 6 of IAC D-1) 3. Terms of Reference for National Estimate on Communist China C D-7 25X S 40 General Bolling raised this question as you will see in the paper. There is ready for distribution at the meeting a paper which sets forth the combined requirements of the agencies. The issues then are:. (a) are these requirements the right ones and (b) is it right and proper that as our paper recommends the DCI should submit these to General Bradley for handling through the NATO? 5? A Recommended U. S. Policy Toward Soviet and Soviet Orbit Official Representatives on Duty in the U. S. IAC D- This item and the next the DCI should be able to handle very quickly because they have been thoroughly gone over by the staffs of the agencies and agreed to. 6. Watch Committee Terms of Reference (IAC D-6) Next Meetin : The DCI may wish to announce that at the next meeting there will be a presentation of the charts which have been prepared with the IAC agencies, showing a comparison of US-USSR military and industrial strength (Reference IAC-M 3, paragraph 9).
