Revision of NSCIDs General Cabell, who was then presiding, read a proposed letter from Mr. Dulles to the Executive Secretary, NSC, making certain recommendations with respect to the timing and procedure for NSC review of the proposed revisions of NSCID No. 1 and NSCID No. 8, in the light of the forthcoming IAC-USCIB merger. The members concurred in this draft letter. In this connection, the members also concurred in General Cabell's suggestion that the first order of business at the next IAC meeting should be a preliminary discussion of the proposed NSCID revisions for accomplishing the IAC-USCIB merger. It was agreed that members of USCIB who were not also members of the IAC should be invited to participate in the discussion of this item.
