(IAC-M-133, 15 December)
1. Action: Approved, subject to the addition of the word
"current" in the last line of paragraph 8, so that the last sentence
reads: "There was general agreement that, no matter what pro-
cedure is needed for conference participation, it should be so used
as to insure no substantive difference between intelligence agreed
at the conference and current IAC agreed intelligence."

3. Action: Approved. It was recognized that some estimates
scheduled for the first quarter might not be produced until the
second quarter. ( The Secretary will issue the Program as IAC-D-1 /6. )

5. Discussion: Mr. Dulles stated he would mention the
situation and possible developmets in Korea, Italy, and France.
