Action: Approved, subject to the addition of the word "current" in the last line of paragraph 8, so that the last sentence reads: "There was general agreement that, no matter what pro- cedure is needed for conference participation, it should be so used as to insure no substantive difference between intelligence agreed at the conference and current IAC agreed intelligence." 25X1 2. Action: Approved. Proposed Program of NIEs for 1954 (Memo to IAC from Board of National Estimates dated 18 December 1953) 3. Action: Approved. It was recognized that some estimates scheduled for the first quarter might not be produced until the second quarter. ( The Secretary will issue the Program as IAC-D-1 /6. ) 25X1 Action: Agreed to postpone consideration. Matters for NSC Briefing 5. Discussion: Mr. Dulles stated he would mention the situation and possible developmets in Korea, Italy, and France. Mr. Armstrong called the member-s' attention to a current com- munication from the Ambassador in Guatemala.
