Action: The minutes of the meeting of 14 April 1952 (IAC-M-67 were approved i rith the amendment that the following should be substituted for paragraph 6: "6. Action:. Agreed to cancel this project as being no longer timely, and to substitute therefor an estimate of the effect upon our friends and allies of the Soviet attempt to promote a broad relaxation of tensions. Agreed also that the draft prepared by the National Estimates Board on this subject should be reviewed by the IAC repre- sentatives for early consideration by the IAC." Possible Large-Scale Communist Attack in Korea in the Immediate Future 5E-25 2. Action: Agreed that the proposed estimate should be under- taken, with the understanding that Libya should also be included in order that the study might parallel the policy problem confronting the NSC Senior Staff.
