This is to advise you that Mr. Michael J. O'Neil and Mr. James 0. Bush,
staff members of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, will be
conducting an official travel mission. They will be traveling to Sweden,
USSR, Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom for the period January 2 through
January 18, 1984. They will travel under the auspices of the Speaker of the
House in accordance with his letter to the Secretary of State dated March 1,
1983.
