,;...The first volume entitled, "FBI Oversight and Authorization"
reviews the accomplishments and events affecting the Bureau
during the preceding year. In-addition, this volume records
the discussion between the Subcommittee and the FBI pursuant
to forecasting needs and requirements of the upcoming year.
The second volume is entitled "The Cuban Governments
Involvement in Facilitating International Drug Traffic."
This hearing provides a new understanding of the relationships
between criminal drug. traffic and the financial support
structure for Cuban based terrorism.
I believe these hearings will provide useful information
as you consider these important matters.
