SUBJECT Testimony for House Armed Services Committee
Panel on Technology Transfer
1. I have been asked to testify before the House Armed
Services Committee Panel on Technology Transfer. The panel is
reviewing the technology transfer issue as part of the House's
deliberations on the renewal of the Export Administration Act..
The hearing is set for Tuesday morning, the 21st.
2. Attached is the testimony I have prepared, with
assistance from the Directorate of Oper t.ions. I would
appreciate any comments you. may have.
3. I have also given copies to the DDI, DDO, OGC, D/OSWR,
