SUBJECT: Agenda for the 8 March 1983 Executive Committee
Meeting: Recruitment
1. The DDCI has requested an Exe tive Committee Meeting, which
will be held on Tuesday, 8 March, at ?in the DCI Conference Room
(7D-64), to get your views on the Agency's recruitment process. The
recent Inspector General's study on the EOD processing system will
serve as the catalyst for discussion. Volume II of that study, which
contains the Inspector General's analysis and recommendations, is
attached. The Office of Personnel will present its views at the
8 March session.
2. The DDCJ will be interested in your reactions to the Inspector
General's findings and proposed remedies, and particularly to the added
responsibilities that the latter would place on the four Directorates.
