recommendations from the IR&DC to John McMahon. We drafted
these for to send to John at his request. These 25X1
follow up on a DDCI request for specifics in support of a
previous IR&DC recommendation that the introduction into
community of Artificial Intelligence (AI) be speeded up. 25X1
