Dear Mr. Cannon:
This is to advise that under the authority of 31 U.S.C. 82 the
Director of Finance and the Deputy Director.of Finance are hereby
delegated the authority to appoint Certifying Officers.for this.Agency and
the letter dated January 11, 1951 from the Director of this Agency to the.
Secretary of the Treasury.
Further, pursuant to Treasury Department Circular No. 1030, revised
June 1, 1962, the authority to request.the designation and revocation.of
individuals.to serve as Cashiers for this Agency is hereby delegated to
the Director ot.Finance and the Deputy Director of Finance.
It would be appreciated it you would advise.all Treasury'officials
concerned of these delegations in order that requests signed by the above
designated officials will be promptly honored.
