May 8, 1968, at OCS staff meeting a series of technical
reviews was initiated by DD/CS, to provide STAT
sr. OCS management with a e er tech understanding of
applications; to determine areas where addtl programmer
skills and first level tech supervisory attn may be
desirable; and to encourage professional concern for
efficient and productive program design, coding and check-out.
Each project leader conducted a briefing of his project
from user rqmts and objectives through program documentation
flow, design, methods, operations and technical support
provided by OCS.
