In view of Directorate's increase of for FY 67
OCS presented 3 critical needs: a) computer opus personnel
needed to meet expanding production load without excessive
overtime and to exploit the expensive new equipment set-up;
b) analysts to support satellite activities of OSP and build
a solid scientific data processing capability; c) systems
programmers needed to support interface rqmts of OSP and
design and implement Agency portion of COINS.
