ExDir-Compt is submitting for DDCI approval a recommendation that DD/S&T
be asked to absorb a reduction E =in FY 1967 budgeted personnel ceiling.
Result of LBJ request for a l-l/L!-% cut of the whole Agency.
Dr. Wheelon did not agree to a reduction of this magnitude which was
disproportionate towards DD/S&T as compared with the other larger
Directorates.
