The additional impact of further reductions in funds Available for FY 1966

should build. The FY 1966 budget estimate of represented a signifi
cant curtailment of goals we co Idered desira'b?e to provide a proper level
of scientific and technical s ort to the Intel Community. That
program was reduced to by BOB action on specific items.
Some of these will be completed by reprogramming funds from other
activities
Continuing recruitment by DDS&T of S & T personnel tf,fill high level
