STAT There, are presently 10,000 lb's of waste backup and the problem has existed for the past 90 days. This creates a extreme fire hazard. See Memo 21 Aug 80, Chief of Supply, NPIC. B. Perimeter fence is in disrepair in numerous areas. In some areas persons enter compound through large holes and bypass FPO control points. STATINTL C. gate inoperative due to faulty motor for 5 weeks. Gate cannot be closed in accordance with standard operating procedures. D. There has been a fire alarm survey every two months and a fire drill on July 1980 revealed significant defects which have not been repaired. E. For 5 months there have been two (2) skylights broken over the loading dock. Rain damages is causing safety problems at the loading dock area.
