We have just received EAA's notice advising us of the
decision to discontinue the ticket sales service to local
entertainment centers. To terminate this service (which includes
ticket sales to r - n4 Capitals games, as well as amusement

of EAA who strongly object to the termination of ticket
service sales to local entertainment centers.
2. We fully appreciated the convenience of the
ticket service and feel it should not be discontinued.
It is requested, therefore, that this service be
reinstated.

to a large number of people and the convenient purchase of
tickets is one of the most appealing. Since we are so remotely
located, the only other method of ticket purchase is by tele-
phone. Calling individually to charge tickets (for those with
credit cards) can be extremely time-consuming since the instant
charge lines are always busy and require many calls and unneces-
sary time taken from an employee's workday.
Please re-institute the sale of tickets through EAA and continue STAT
offering quality service to the employees.

service to local entertainment centers as we have in the past.
We regret that this function must be terminated, but budgetary consid-
erations no longer permit us to continue this service.
The EAA activities counter will be open for membership and registration
for clubs, classes and leagues from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily and by

Re: EAA-GRAM Tickets (attached)
As working parents and full-time employees who do not have access
to downtown ticket offices, we take strong exception to the discontinuance
of providing ticket sales service since this service is the only one that
enables us and our children to attend ice shows, circuses, King's Dominion, etc.
The other activities sponsored by EAA are participated in by a select
group of employees when compared against the number of personnel who attend
outside events.
We hope that budgetary considerations will be re-evaluated and if a
budget cut is necessary, that it be made elsewhere in the EAA budgeff.

This morning I learned that the EAA will no longer procure
theater tickets for employees. This is one of my primary reasons
for being an EAA member. I am very disappointed and request that
you reinstate this service.
