Strong Performance
1. The purpose of this memorandum is to commend
of the Foreign Language Service Center
for his strong performance while on detail to the Central
America Task Force (CATF). He served as the primary handler
of a group of 10 trainees during the period 30 October - 20
November and as an assistant handler for a group of 15
trainees from 22 November - 11 December 1982.

the entire period. w en
local authorities investigated a theft from a trainee's hotel
room and questioned regarding his identity,
employment, and the sponsorship of the trainees. He handled
a myriad of unfamiliar administrative details well and
maintained good control and morale of the trainees.
3. It is requested that a copy of this memorandum be
placed in personnel. file.
